Hello Johnstown...

I have always felt like a visitor in each house we have lived in until my HHG household goods finally arrives. Our final delivery from San Antonio to Johnstown arrived this past Saturday amidst snow storms. 

 

I am so loving Graystone Lane and my storage space in the basement 

(despite the dust and cobwebs)

 

I have a lot of unpacking to do in preparation for Jacob and BriAnna's arrival on Dec 16th to snowy J-town...

It's a WET Sunday...storms pushing through San Antonio...LOVING it!

Plan for today with my daughter, BriAnna is...

FOOTBALL and making up a big batch of chili...yummy.

As much as I miss my BOYS, Wayne and Jacob... 

I am enjoying my mother daughter bonding time with MY GIRL.

MY SUNDAY...

I'm going to enjoy a quiet day today. TOM has returned to Johnstown after being here in San Antonio for the week. I still have to pinch myself... to the reality that my address will FINALLY be changing, now that our house is sold.

 

 

After a long journey to get to this point...TOM (the old man) and I will pack and move the last of "my stuff" with American Knights Movers...then load up the doggies and embark on our ROAD TRIP (Nov 19th)...final destination to the "homestead"... GRAYSTONE LANE. 

 

I'll keep you posted on my HAPPENINGS, until then...

Full of zesty humor, great characters and glorious dialogue, 

it’s about timeless love in a very modern setting.

I settled in this morning with a hot cup of coffee and enjoyed the first episode of Last Tango in Halifax. OMG...it was perfect! 

The acting was superb, the cinematography was excellent and for an hour I was transported to another place. 

Today, was my first relaxing Sunday since listing our Texas home for sale many months ago.  We have just closed on our house and now our family can focus on making new memories in our next home. New beginnings...just like for Celia and Alan.
